You’re going to be ok.
You just have to show up as you are. You’ve got a lot of practice doing that, keep being you. Keep doing what feels right in your heart. Keep letting love in, even though it seems like the pain is too great—every time you let yourself be loved, you heal a little more.
Even in the downs, there are ups. It’s ok to be down, grief is miserably tough. Just let others be with you in it.
