Maybe it’s possible I need a break from everything.
From my therapist, dietitian, and PCP.
From writing and analyzing and processing every emotion that feels big.
From vulnerability all together.
From reading about trauma, cptsd, polyvagal theory, IFS, somatic experiencing, fight, flight and freeze, eating disorders, and counseling. Unless it’s directly related to what I need to get done for my two current classes.
From allowing little parts of me to exist.
From social media.
From texting support. Phone calls. Voicemails.
Maybe I need to start over without all of these things.
