The first thing that I need to do is not burden other people about this.
I need to keep it completely to myself.
I’m not fine, I am good, great, fantastic.
I am fantastic and not hungry and not tired.
People interrupt or do not understand or do not try to understand.
Or they just care to much, and I feel horrible. Burdening.
No one needs to know anyway. Besides I really am fine. It’s all good.
