So I was completely freaking out [read March 24]. But I have acquired some sort of routine as far as exercising and running goes…and my diet is pretty much the epitome of the word healthy. Now I feel normal though. It is all going to come off as long as I keep up this attitude and routine. I seriously feel better about every aspect of my life when I can exercise/eat they way I want to/need to.

I can’t believe there is only 6 weeks of the semester left. Then two online classes, a Europe trip, and a month at home later I will be in Vermont! How crazy.

New goal:  AZ summer series #1 5k Under 21 minutes. May 24th. Damn, I wanted to shoot for the 2nd race in the series, it’s my favorite location and I have run that race a hundred times but I will be in Europe. Oh well. I suppose running around Paris won’t be such a horrible alternative.

So I put in 30 minutes on the elliptical bright and early this morning and lifted a little bit. Now I am off to run outside.
